- Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 3:00 PM EDT are processed the same business day. Orders submitted after this time will begin processing the next business day.
- Processing Duration: Most orders are prepared within 0-2 business days (Monday through Friday). During busy periods or unusual circumstances, processing may take a bit longer.
- Shipping Timeframe: Once your order leaves our facility, it arrives within 5-9 business days (Monday to Friday). Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by unforeseen events.
- Complimentary Shipping: All orders within the United States enjoy free shipping.
Handling and Shipment Process
After placing your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Orders are then prepared for shipment within 0-2 business days (Monday-Friday). During peak periods, processing times may extend slightly. Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent so you can monitor its progress from our warehouse to your doorstep.
Delivery occurs within 5-9 business days after dispatch, though timing may vary depending on your location and courier schedules. We aim to get your items to you promptly and safely.
Delivery Partners
We work with trusted delivery partners to ensure your order arrives on time and in good condition. Your package may be handled by FedEx, United Parcel Service (UPS), or Pace Couriers, depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Each partner has its own tracking system, and tracking information will be provided so you can follow your shipment every step of the way.
We provide free shipping across the U.S., regardless of the number of items or order size.
Handling Delays
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, we suggest checking your tracking information and allowing an additional 2 business days. If it still hasn’t been delivered, reach out to us with your order number, and we’ll look into it promptly.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel, contact us immediately at support@compinal.com. Orders that have started processing may not be cancellable, and in that case, our standard return procedure will apply.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives broken or incorrect, email photos of the issue to support@compinal.com. We’ll quickly arrange a replacement or correct item at no extra cost.
